Thermization

After reception raw milk form form farm some of the milk must keep cool without heat treatment. PATKOL offer thermization system which becomes necessary to preserve the milk without deterioration in its quality. By pre-heat raw milk 65 - 72 oC at 15 - 22 sec. Then cooling immediately to 4 oC.
