PATKOL^®  Milk Transport Tank

Milk Transport Tank We had been using best quality stainless steel strong and reliable to make the tank, hygienic design, easy to clean, all welds are consistently smooth and free from surface imperfections and crevices, which eliminates bacteria entrapment areas. Features Product capacity from 6,000 - 15,000 Liters.  Made from Stainless steel with all seams ground to 180 grit finish and without sharp corners. Optional packages for Platform, ladder Chamber separation to prevent whole contamination. Suitable with any truck model.

Milk Cooling Tank PATKOL’s process-engineering project comprises the entire system for milk cooling tank to keep cool raw milk from ambient temperature to 4 degree. The cooling is done by the ice bank under the tank. Whereas the tank has been made of best quality stainless steel with adequate thickness to ensure robustness, durability and adaptability, due care has been taken while selecting the compressor, condensing unit, agitator motor and other parts to ensure trouble-free service to the users.  Features Product capacity from 1,000 - 3,000 Liters.  Air cool type condensing unit. CIP cleanable design. Optional packages for Platform, ladder, milk transfer pump.

Thermization After reception raw milk form form farm some of the milk must keep cool without heat treatment. PATKOL offer thermization system which becomes necessary to preserve the milk without deterioration in its quality. By pre-heat raw milk 65 - 72 oC at 15 - 22 sec. Then cooling immediately to 4 oC. Features Product capacity from 5,000 - 20,000 Liters/hour.  Save energy by regeneration. CIP, The transfer line and tank are cleaned by an existing CIP system, The milk treatment system is cleaned by itself. Optional packages for Programmable logic control (PLC) which difference password for different levels of access are possible, from simple operator control right up to altering recipes. Top

Pasteurization System PATKOL introduces the entire process-engineering kit, pasteurization plant which has been design for faster setup and easier operation process line including mixing tank, homogenizer, pasteurizer, holding line it has been very compactly dimension with hygienic design our heat exchanger assures milk pasteurization, either at 72-75 oC for 15-30 sec. and cool down to 4 oC.
