Jet cooker takes the product from inlet temperature to sterilizing temperature in very short time. The result is the gelatinizing process is bypassed and we do not have to agitate the mix at high viscosity condition. Plus, the mix is well sterilized.
Jet cooker wears at the mixing tube only which is made of carbide steel and the mixing tube can be changed
- Control sugar content with slow filling - no stress on yeast
- Fermenter operate at 4-6 PH – steel fermenter can be used
- Can ferment to the maximum with long fermenting time to get higher yield
- CIP on every cycle prevent Beerstone deposit and reduce bacteria contamination
- No agitator - pump is used for agitation
- Use low speed pump to reduce wearing
Very ethanol vapor discharge design to minimize environmental concern, also the special design of Ethanol recovery can recover Plant Productivity about 1 production day annually.
Disc and Donut Distillation Column
The disc and donut is designed for first column because it will not be clogged by particles. The result is low down time
No need to separate solid before send to distillation which is no lost of product due to separation efficiency
Sand built up is not a problem in disc and donut column, no need cleaning for years!
With this the design, some plants have record of operating with 355 days per year and some plants has run for 4 years without cleaning of the beer stripper column
