Retort : Water Spray

Features:

PATKOL‘s overpressure Water spray retort with automatically controlled by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), design for all food package, top spray for cans and glass jars plus
side spray for pouches and trays.
 - Direct steam / Water spray mix process with suitable arrangement of spray nozzles insure  even, temperature distribution.
 - Indirect cooling system by heat exchanger allows water recovery.
 - Optimum temperature and accurate pressure control.
